  9. Maintain a routine. Be as consistent as you can.
  10. Create your own definition of success.
  11. Avoid by all means the trap of comparing oneself to others.
  12. Be honest, be brave, be kind, to yourself first and foremost.
  13. Look inwards.
  14. Learn who you are not. Then decide who you want to be.
  15. Accept the world unconditionally and realise it’s beautiful exactly as it is.
  16. Grow up.
  17. Participate in the miracle of existence.
